Kostya Kimlat - The Backhanded Change
FEW EFFECTS IN CLOSE-UP are as visually striking as the simple change of a card and Kostya Kimlat performs one of the more surprising ones you'll see. Holding a deck face down in left-hand dealing position, he turns the top card face up, then he flashes his empty right palm belore turning that hand lace down and waving it over the deck, causing the face-up card to change into another. He then turns his right hand palm up, holding it a few inches over the pack to show it's empty, when suddenly the card beneath it changes back to the original card.
