Song \\ & Chance. The most popular routine I've devised in the past two years Very close to the perfect prediction effect: .. Give someone a list of the 200 most popular songs of all time, and say 'Just choose one' They do, and your printed prediction matches perfectly. Easy to do, yet highly deceptive.

Pseudo Anything.Want to be an expert in graphology? You can be, without learning anything. Astrology? Likewise. Psychometry? Yes again. Numerology? That too. The possibilities are endless. Four pieces of paper are all you need, and you too can be a master of esoteric skills. Great fun to perform, easy to do and yet highly impressive.

Pseudo Psychic Insults. The best application of the 'Pseudo Anything' principle. A perfect and highly versatile routine for stage, cabaret or parties, with ample scope for both you and the participants to get strong laughs.

The Birthday Matrix. The mentalism routine for people who do not like mentalism routines. Fun, lively, colourful, easy to follow, lots of strong audience participation, nice big twist climax and (to laymen) utterly inexplicable. Plus a little bit of explanation concerning the Matrix Force that not all magicians are aware of.

Astral Projection.A perfect no props, no anything cold reading script. Go up to a complete stranger. Ask them to think of their own home, or the home of a friend they know well. You can now go into 'astral projection' mode and describe their home in detail, as if you were walking around it in your mind. Hugely impressive and freaky, yet easy to do once you've learned the script. This is pure cold reading, so there's no preparation, nothing written down, nothing at all except doing it just as would if it were real.

The Rowland Peek. My 'go to' mind-reading effct that I've been using all over the world, in every conceivable situation, for the past twenty years. Spectator shuffles the deck, looks at a card and puts the deck out of the way so the cards can not be seen or touched. You know what the card is, and can reveal it via any process you wish. No spectator on earth, not even the cynical or suspicious ones, you will think you had any chance to see the card they looked at. Why not? Because of one overwhelmingly strong moment of misdirection that will never miss or let you down. Learn this once and you'll use it forever.

Twin Think. A neat, impressive and entertaining card effect with two spectators. The first freely mixes the deck and chooses any card (no force). The second somehow manages to locate its twin (same value and colour) without knowing how. Highly mysterious and entertaining , yet so easy a cat could do it (and there is actually a photo of a cat to prove it).

Mind Wave. This might loosely be described as a version of "B'Wave " or "Twisted Sisters " but without the need for a gaffed card. My favourite packet trick of them all. If you can carry four cards round with you, it's always ready to go.
