Effect: After showing a participant how thoughts create energy which in turn creates a physical reaction (standard Haunted Key and pendulum work you already know) you have the participant hold the key with you and imagine energy flowing into it. The participant may feel a warmth or sensation of some kind, but in any event, the power between the two of you turns out to be real.

How do you prove that? The key can be taken near a compass and it will make the compass spin, or it can pick up a paperclip as if the key is magnetized. So it must simply be a magnetic key, right? NO. The performer wipes off the energy in his hand and puts it on top of the participant to energize the person. The key is now normal.

Important: The magnetic properties of the key when energized can be performed in the participant's hands alone! With a wave of the hand or mental focus the key can be shown to be charged or uncharged with power repeatedly if desired!
