A trick with a simple method that is easy to learn and easy to perform with a guaranteed surprise finish that will wow audiences. Between can be performed almost anywhere and is ideal for mentalists and close-up card magicians alike. NO COMPLICATED SHUFFLES. NO SLEIGHT OF HAND. Can be performed with a blank deck, regular deck or regular deck with a card marked with an X that can be pushed by the magician.
Effect: The magician makes a prediction as to how many cards will be selected by the spectator. A business card marks the first prediction. The deck is then passed to the second spectator. The magician writes a second prediction: the card the spectator will choose. The magician then reveals the card chosen and the number of cards selected by the spectators, both of which match his predictions. Then, THE KICKER: He reveals that all the other cards in the deck are blank! (Or that only the selected card is marked with an X on the front).
